The size of the apartment must be sufficient for the size of the applicant&#8217;s family. For example, an applicant with a family of four persons should rent an apartment with at least 2 bedrooms to meet the proof of accommodation test. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8211; There is no minimum monthly rental cost that must be met.
