However, its Immigration Law provides for Slovakia Investment Visa, this type of investor is required to invest an important amount of money in a Slovak enterprise, however, they must also meet other requirements.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Investment_options_available_to_acquire_the_citizenship_and_passport_of_Slovakia\"><\/span><strong>Investment options available to acquire the citizenship and passport of Slovakia.&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Ausl\u00e4nder m\u00fcssen die folgenden Investitionsbedingungen erf\u00fcllen, um ein Gro\u00dfinvestor zu werden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>mindestens 100 Millionen Euro, die in die Entwicklung eines Unternehmens investiert werden m\u00fcssen;<\/li>\n<li>die Investition muss auch auf die Schaffung von mindestens 300 Arbeitspl\u00e4tzen abzielen;<\/li>\n<li>die Investition muss erhebliche Auswirkungen auf die slowakische Wirtschaft haben.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Diese Art von Investition kann von der Regionalbeihilfe profitieren, die von der Regierung des Landes angeboten wird. Dies ist derzeit eines der fortschrittlichsten Unterst\u00fctzungsprogramme, das von der Regierung eines europ\u00e4ischen Landes bereitgestellt wird. Es ist zu beachten, dass dieses Programm nicht nur auf Nicht-EU-B\u00fcrger beschr\u00e4nkt ist, da auch Investoren aus EU-L\u00e4ndern berechtigt sind, hierher zu ziehen und bedeutende ausl\u00e4ndische Investorenzertifikate zu erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Die slowakische Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft kann einem Antragsteller verliehen werden, der seit mindestens acht Jahren unmittelbar vor der Einreichung des Antrags auf slowakische Staatsb\u00fcrgerschaft einen st\u00e4ndigen st\u00e4ndigen Wohnsitz im Hoheitsgebiet der Slowakischen Republik hat.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Slovakia Citizenship by Birth<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Children can acquire Slovak citizenship by birth if:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>One of the parents is a Slovak citizen.<\/li>\n<li>The child is born in the territory of the Slovak Republic, and the parents are stateless.<\/li>\n<li>The child is born in the territory of the Slovak Republic, and the parents are foreign nationals.<\/li>\n<li>The child has not acquired the citizenship of any foreign national parents by birth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a child acquires Slovak citizenship by birth based on the fact that one of his parents is a citizen of Slovakia and the other parent is a foreigner, the child retains the Slovak citizenship even if it is proven that the parent (Slovak citizen) is not the parent of the child.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"slovakia-citizenship-by-descent\" class=\"ez-toc-section\"><\/span><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Slovakia Citizenship by Descent<\/span><\/p>\n<p>To acquire Slovak citizenship by descent, applicants need to fulfill the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least one of the ancestors (parent, grandparent, or great-grandparent) needs to be a citizen of Slovakia.<\/li>\n<li>Parents must have been born before 1990.<\/li>\n<li>Parents must have Slovak citizenship at the time of the applicant\u2019s birth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, with recent reforms to the citizenship law, those who do not qualify for the citizenship by descent program due to generational limitations can apply for&nbsp;<strong>Slovak Living Abroad (SLA)&nbsp;<\/strong>certificate.
