After two years of permanent residency, the resident will be eligible for citizenship.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Residency in Argentina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Becoming a permanent resident in Argentina is largely a matter of lawfully meeting the requirements of temporary residence for at least three years and then filling out the necessary paperwork. As such, they are eligible for a two-year renewable residency permit. You can renew the visa on the condition that you still meet the requirements.
