There are some proofs that you need to furnish:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; The copy of the public donation deed<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Bank statements \u2014 should clearly indicate that donation has been made<br \/>\n&#8211; A letter of validation of the bank statement \u2014 should be signed by an authorized representative of the entity<br \/>\n&#8211; A letter from the recipient company that confirms the donation<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shares and Innovative startups<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Under this option, it is required that you invest at least 500,000 EUR in stakes or shares in limited companies incorporated and based in Italy.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; If a corporation is in an active state and has already filed at least one balance sheet at the time of the visa application, it is deemed to be &#8221; operating&#8221;. The recipient corporation may or may not be publicly traded. Its name and tax code are critical pieces of information that must be provided at the time of application.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Invest at least 250,000 EUR in stakes or shares in creative startups. The official list of creative startups, which is updated every week and is free to access, can be found on the Italian Chambers of Commerce system&#8217;s portal.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root-255 makeStyles-root-330 makeStyles-paragraph-248 makeStyles-overflow-initial-232 makeStyles-color-default-235 MuiTypography-body1-257 MuiTypography-displayBlock-284\">The documents&nbsp;you need to prove your investment in a limited company or an innovative start-up are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"makeStyles-ul-338\">\n<li class=\"makeStyles-li-339\">bank statements from the previous three months demonstrating the execution of the investment<\/li>\n<li class=\"makeStyles-li-339\">letter of validation of the bank statement signed by an authorized representative of the entity (bank, investment fund, etc.) that owns the account from which the transaction was made<\/li>\n<li class=\"makeStyles-li-339\">in the case of a share acquisition, a certificate of deposit of shares at an Italian bank or financial institution is needed<\/li>\n<li class=\"makeStyles-li-339\">if the company is unlisted then&nbsp;a copy of&nbsp;<em>atto di cessione<\/em>&nbsp;(transfer deed) filed by the recipient company and a letter from its legal representative confirming they received the investment<\/li>\n<li class=\"makeStyles-li-339\">if it\u2019s a publicly-traded company then a copy of your securities dossier is needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Government Bonds<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Invest a minimum of 2 million EUR in Treasury Certificates (CCT\/CCTeu), Zero-coupon Treasury Bonds (CTZ), Long-Term Treasury Bond index-linked to Eurozone inflation, and BTP ITALIA.2 A minimum residual maturity of at least two years is expected for each typology.<\/p>\n<p>Combination investments are not allowed, but the applicant can either pay from an individccount or a company account.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root-255 makeStyles-root-330 makeStyles-paragraph-248 makeStyles-overflow-initial-232 makeStyles-color-default-235 MuiTypography-body1-257 MuiTypography-displayBlock-284\">You can invest in the following&nbsp;government bonds issued by the Italian Republic:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Treasury Certificates (CCT\/CCTeu)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zero-coupon Treasury Bonds (CTZ)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Long-term Treasury Bonds (BTP)<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Long-Term Treasury Bonds index-linked to Eurozone inflation<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; BTP ITALIA<\/p>\n<p class=\"MuiTypography-root-255 makeStyles-root-330 makeStyles-paragraph-248 makeStyles-overflow-initial-232 makeStyles-color-default-235 MuiTypography-body1-257 MuiTypography-displayBlock-284\">These are the documents you\u2019re required to submit as a proof:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>copy of securities dossier, indicating their form, issue date and maturity date<\/li>\n<li>deposit certificate from an Italian financial institution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u5e02\u6c11\u6a29\u3078\u306e\u9053&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The investment needs to be maintained during the 2-year visa. If the investor maintains their investment throughout the 2 years of validity of the residence permit, they are allowed to apply for a 3-year renewal, by applying at least 60 days before the expiry date of the residence permit. After five years of physical residence (270 days present in Italy per annum) the applicant may apply for Permanent residency. To naturalize as an Italian citizen, you will need to have been a resident physically present in Italy for 10 years. The Italian Investor Visa Committee then evaluates the application. Within 30 days of your application, the Committee gives you an answer. If the evaluation is positive, receive a certificate of no impediment (nulla osta). With the Nulla Osta certificate, you may apply for an Investor Visa at the Italian Embassy or Consulate of your country of permanent residence within six months of issue.<\/p>\n<p>Your investor visa is valid for two years. Within eight working days of entering Italy, you must apply for an Investor Residence Permit to the Questura of the place where you intend to stay. The permit is valid for two years from the date of entry to Italy. Once you&#8217;ve been granted your Investor Residence Permit, you have three months from the communicated date of entry to make your full investment or donation. If you fail to invest or do not maintain your investment the permit will be revoked.<\/p>\n<p>You can renew your Investor Residence Permit for three additional years as long as you maintain your
