EUR 200,000 per adult applicant for at least two years in a private investment fund established by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia, to be eligible to apply for citizenship.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Main applicants will be able to include their spouse and children up to the age of 18 years old. The programme has an annual application quota, allowing just 1,000 applicants to be approved each year.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; On top of the \u20ac200,000 government donation, applicants will be required to pay due diligence fees, application, and processing fees. Investors should budget for the following depending on the number of applicants.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Single applicant&nbsp;\u20ac250,000, inclusive of fees;<\/li>\n<li>Couples application \u20ac280,000, inclusive of fees;<\/li>\n<li>Family of three \u20ac300,000, inclusive of fees;<\/li>\n<li>Family of four \u20ac310,000, inclusive of fees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>R<\/strong><strong>eal estate investment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>EUR 400,000 per adult applicant as a direct investment in new facilities (except for those in hospitality meant for restaurants or shopping), employing at least ten people for an indefinite period of at least one year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Processing Fee: Minimum \u20ac100 K (for the main applicant)<\/li>\n<li>Processing fee for dependents: Approximately \u20ac20 K for spouse and approximately \u20ac10 K per child<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: revert;color: initial\">Private Investment Fund<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The PFMC can be a newly created entity or an existing company on the Macedonian market to support the economy, innovations, and investment development of the Republic of North Macedonia and submit to the Fund for Innovation and Technology Development (FITD).<\/p>\n<p>To be eligible for the program, the PFMC has to fulfill the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The PIF has to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for which it will need to prepare a statute and prospectus, as well as a list of supporting documents.<\/li>\n<li>Proof of available capital for the investment of a minimum of 5,000,000 EUR<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 200,000 EUR per investor<\/li>\n<li>Maximum number of 20 investors, whether individuals or legal entities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Fees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Government Fee<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EUR 15,000 for the main applicant<\/li>\n<li>EUR 15,000 for the spouse<\/li>\n<li>EUR 10,000 for each child under 18 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Door ijverigheid<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>EUR 5,000 per person<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inclusive of due diligence and other costs.
