Statusi i Rezidenc\u00ebs s\u00eb P\u00ebrhershme (PRS) do t&#039;u jepet investitor\u00ebve t\u00eb huaj q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb investime sipas rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Investimeve t\u00eb Huaja Direkte (FDI) duke iu n\u00ebnshtruar kushteve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse si\u00e7 specifikohet n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e IHD-ve t\u00eb njoftuara her\u00eb pas here nga Departamenti i Politik\u00ebs Industriale dhe Promovimit (DIPP). Kjo do t\u00eb zbatohej p\u00ebr investimet e huaja n\u00eb nj\u00eb kompani t\u00eb re ose nj\u00eb kompani ekzistuese\/operuese.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo skem\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e zbatueshme p\u00ebr shtetasit pakistanez\u00eb ose shtetasit e vendeve t\u00eb treta me origjin\u00eb pakistaneze. P\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt e vendeve t\u00eb tjera, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 kufizimeve t\u00eb vendosura n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e IHD-ve, do t\u00eb zbatohen edhe udh\u00ebzimet e siguris\u00eb t\u00eb nxjerra\/si\u00e7 mund t\u00eb nxirren her\u00eb pas here nga Qeveria.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb i huaj mund t\u00eb marr\u00eb n\u00ebnshtet\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00eb Indi me natyralizim. Skema nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e zbatueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Promovuesit\/Drejtor\u00ebt e kompanis\u00eb s\u00eb huaj q\u00eb b\u00ebn investimin n\u00eb kompanin\u00eb indiane. Drejtuesit e lart\u00eb drejtues gjithashtu nuk do t\u00eb mbulohen nga kjo skem\u00eb dhe ata do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vijn\u00eb me viza normale pun\u00ebsimi.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Investitorit t\u00eb huaj q\u00eb premton investim sipas kufirit t\u00eb pragut t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendur do t&#039;i jepet nj\u00eb viz\u00eb biznesi fillestare &#039;B-4 Viza (Investitori)&#039; p\u00ebr 18 muaj ose 36 muaj, sipas rastit (n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb investimit t\u00eb premtuar), pa \u00e7do kusht q\u00ebndrimi. Nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb asnj\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00eb p\u00ebr regjistrim me FRRO \/ FRO n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Bashk\u00ebshortit dhe vart\u00ebsve t\u00eb investitorit do t&#039;u jepet nj\u00eb Viz\u00eb &#039;B-4X&#039; e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me Viz\u00ebn e Biznesit t\u00eb investitorit me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat terma dhe kushte.
