Persons already residing in Bermuda who satisfy the criteria can also apply. While the policy paper states that this change is aimed at assisting &#8220;<em>Persons who have continuously worked in Bermuda and seek to continue to make Bermuda their home<\/em>&#8220;, it does not appear that having worked (as opposed to merely having resided) in Bermuda will be a condition of acceptance, although the amending legislation remains to be seen.<\/p>\n<p>The cost of the PRC application under section 31A is also to be reduced, from $50,000 to $10,000.<\/p>\n<p>This change will be beneficial for LRT work permit holders, as well as their employers, who would no longer need to renew their work permits and pay the related fees.<\/p>\n<p>The policy paper also sets out proposed changes to assist mixed-status families, under which the following categories of people will now be eligible for PRC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Persons who were born or arrived in Bermuda at an early age and have been ordinarily resident in Bermuda;<\/li>\n<li>A divorced or unwed parent of a Bermudian child;<\/li>\n<li>Children of first- and second-generation PRC holders who have been ordinarily resident in Bermuda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These changes will assist, amongst others, non-Bermudian parents of Bermudian children, who would otherwise have had to leave the island after their child&#8217;s 18th birthday, and second-generation PRC holders who are currently unable to pass PRC on to their children.<\/p>\n<p>The current application fee for a PRC under section 31B will remain at&nbsp;$3,150.<\/p>\n<p>The aforementioned changes are to be read in conjunction with the requirements given below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gereksinimler ve Nitelikler<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda, 1 Ocak 2022&#039;den itibaren Kal\u0131c\u0131 Oturma \u0130zni Sertifikas\u0131 i\u00e7in ba\u015fvurabilirsiniz:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Ba\u015fvurusundan hemen \u00f6nceki ikisi de dahil olmak \u00fczere en az 20 y\u0131ld\u0131r Bermuda&#039;da normal olarak ikamet ediyorsunuz;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Bermudal\u0131 stat\u00fcs\u00fcne sahip bir o\u011flunun veya k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n Bermudal\u0131 olmayan bir ebeveyniyse, ba\u015fvurusundan hemen \u00f6nceki ikisi de dahil olmak \u00fczere en az 15 y\u0131ld\u0131r Bermuda&#039;da normal olarak ikamet ediyorsunuz;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">\u00c7HC verilen bir ki\u015finin o\u011flu, k\u0131z\u0131 veya e\u015fisiniz.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Alt\u0131nda&nbsp;<\/span><a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bermudalaws.bm\/Laws\/Consolidated%20Laws\/Bermuda%20Immigration%20and%20Protection%20Act%201956.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">B\u00f6l\u00fcm 31A<\/span><\/a><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki durumlarda \u00c7HC i\u00e7in G\u00f6\u00e7menlik Bakan\u0131na ba\u015fvurabilirsiniz:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">En az 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle, 1968 Ekonomik Kalk\u0131nma Yasas\u0131&#039;n\u0131n 5. b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc uyar\u0131nca, 1956 tarihli Bermuda G\u00f6\u00e7menlik ve Koruma Yasas\u0131&#039;n\u0131n V.
